Our 4×6 direct thermal labels on 3” cores are designed for an accurate fit for customers looking for a trouble free printing experience. The 3″ core put up is 1000 labels on a roll that fit perfectly on all industrial model printers. The 4 rolls per box fit snugly to prevent accidental scuffing in transit. Direct thermal labels eliminate the need for thermal ribbons thereby reducing additional inventory. Direct thermal labels are preferred for long runs, without going through the cumbersome process of ribbon changes. This product is the ideal choice for shipping labels. Direct thermal labels are also the first choice for a shorter life cycle. Since the direct thermal coating starts to change shades from white to cream and eventual a light brown, if exposed to sunlight for extended period of time, you must make an educated choice.
If this is not the right label for your application, please browse through our library of 4″ x 6″ direct thermal labels for your specific application. These labels can be offered with the direct thermal uncoated, semi top coated, fully top coated, scuff resistance, and NIR (near infra red) for high speed scanning. No matter what grade you use, our face sheet will guarantee a dense and crisp image for 100% read rates. You have an option of ordering these labels with or without perforation depending on the end use. For smaller manual applications with batch printing, perforation in the liner works ideally. For higher speed and automatic applications, we recommend no perforation in the liner to prevent web breaks. We also offer these labels in permanent, all-temperature, freezer grade, removable, ultra removable adhesives, the widest selection for demanding requirements.
Our labels are deployed in the largest Ecommerce packaging lines and in regular shipping departments as shipping, inventory, barcode, and tracking labels.
Our labels are available in 3″ cores and in fan folded stacks that work well in industrial and desktop printers and are printer brand agnostic. However, there are some thermal printers such as DYMO that have special notches in the liner as a design value for roll feed. If you have any doubts about matching our labels to your printer, please feel free to call or email and our support team will be very helpful in making it easy for you to make the right choice.
