How long does shipping typically take?

Generally, orders received by 5:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the same business day. Allow one to five business days for your order to arrive. Shipping times vary depending on your location. For faster service, you can request alternate UPS services when you place your order. Actual shipping and handling charges will be displayed before you submit your order.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes!, based on quantities, please call or email us on pallet load quantities with free shipping!

 

How do I track my order?

You should receive an email invoice the day your order ships. This invoice will include the tracking number for your order.

 

Can my order be shipped collect on my own account?

Yes, during checkout there is an option to use your own UPS collect account.

RETURNS

Label Guru Offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee to our customers. If there is something wrong with our product, we will make good on your order with a proper replacement. If for whatever reason we cannot fix the problem, we will refund your money.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Product returns will only be accepted with a valid Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number.  To obtain an RGA number, email customer service at service@labelguru.com

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@labelguru.com and the reason for the exchange.  As promised with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee we will make good on your order.
